I was listening to the Proko Castlevania live stream and I heard advice for using a 1px size brush to improve your draftsmanship. The idea being you can't hide behind fat lines. So I tried taking my current favorite sketch brush and making it as small as possible and then drew some portrait studies. I'm pretty happy with the result!
